As part of our continued commitment to providing Performance Motorcycle Solutions as well as our sponsorship of the Veterans Charity Ride to Sturgis, our team member Angela rode with the VCR to Sturgis, and is chronicling her adventures with the Veterans Ride, as well as her representation of Liberty at a booth at the Buffalo Chip Campground. August 8th - 10th, 2016

What a busy few days it has been! Interesting trying to work out the lay of the land here in Sturgis. Last year was the 75th anniversary and the crowd has apparently thinned since then. To me it still seems like a mass of people and more bikes than I have ever seen, but to be honest I can't even imagine what it was like with 50% more people! The weather has definitely played a role here with extreme heat, wind and almost daily rain storms. Impressive lightning too!

I have been putting my Switch and Rider Collection frames to the test with all of the intense conditions. Even though we haven't been able to ride much - the all day adaptability in these conditions has been stellar. Everyone I have showed our Switch lenses too has been blown away. Can't lie - I was told by one person I spoke to that it was the best thing they had seen the whole rally and in a long time! How's that for product feedback?!

For riding, we are offering a 3 lens kit and you can't beat having polarized dark, low light bronze and a clear lens. Most of them have not seen a magnetic lens like this so it's fun to show off the amazing technology Liberty has to offer. The next favorite is our Rider collection in a clear lens - the Deflector being the style of choice with the full eye cup for ultimate wind protection. What's your favorite Liberty Sport frame? My personal favs - the Rider Piston and Switch Arya!
